You’ll be a natural communicator, adept at building relationships with stakeholders and working collaboratively within a team. Your ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and prioritise effectively will set you apart. A keen interest in property and strong knowledge of legislation are highly beneficial.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research and create detailed reports to support business objectives.
  • Plan and execute events, including client functions, team gatherings, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to enhance brand presence.
  • Create marketing collateral and assist in executing marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry legislation and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Oversee office administration, including correspondence, document preparation, and database management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications/Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
  • Background in property development, real estate, or a related sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of industry legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in researching, social media advertising, and marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
